The Best Time of Functioning
people function at different times in a day. I think the morning is the best time for functioning. I always function every morning.there are several reasons why the morning is the best time for functioning for us: my brain, my health, and the weather of the morning.
the first reason why morning is the best time for functioning for us is that my brain is clear in the morning. Because i have a good sleep every night, my brain is refreshed.there are many benefits when my brain clear. one benefitsis that i can memoriz more easily. For example, teachers always ask for students to come to class forty minutes earlier before the first period was started in the moring. they knew that students could memorize poems, principles, and formulas more effectively, and we really memorize faster than any other time in a day. another benefit is that we can think faster. when i do some math problems in the morning, i can solve the problems faster and with fewer mistakes.
the second reason why the morning is the best time for functioning for us is that the fresh air is good for our health. all plants take a rest every night.Because there is not sunshine during the night time,they can not do photosynthesis. however, in the morning they start doing photosynthesis. they transfer carbon dioxide to oxygen. also, the night time weather is cooler than the afternoon; therefore, steam in the air becomes little water drops and takes dust away from air.when we wake up in the morning, we can breath the fresh air without dust. that is why a lot of people excercise in the morning.
Last but not least, the reason why the morning is the best time for functioning for us is the morning weather. the morning is the coolest time in a day. i like doing everything in the morning; therefore, i can sweat less. in contrast, when i work in the afternoon, i sweat a lot and become irascible.
people always say that the best season of a year is the spring, and the best time in a day is morning. I also believe that. I will keep functioning in the morning. i hope you could start functioning in the morning too.
